Mid October Update

The season is advancing , the evenings shorter and cooler, the last flowers bloom and the leaves begin to show their brilliant shades against the rocks. This journey continues to progress very slowly . We had planned to be there by now unfortunately the prevailing and very persistent westerly wind and swell has been a battle. We have made some progress since my last post but only by motoring ,without any sail power, through any calms from midnight to the early morning. This of course means chilly watches through the long autumn nights. While at sea the dark sky has been lit by the moon and splashed with stars under the watchful guard of Orion .
Again we find ourselves in port waiting for low pressure systems to pass. I will have to decide over the next two days if I can continue with the journey or return to St. John's. I had very much hoped to complete the passage seeing Chris and Beyond settled in Rochester but we had genuinely believed to be there by now!
So I hope you are all keeping in shape. When I do return I really want to get straight to work. If you are planning on preparing for a ballet exam I hope you will review any material that you have already covered. As well as space for the Saturday class, I now have studio space on Monday evening and Friday afternoon/evening. I will announce the locations when all are confirmed and I have made a firm schedule. I am still working on another evening location. Let me know if you have any ideas. Also spread the word about the upcoming classes, as well a working with all of you, I am thinking there may be others interested in supplemented their regular training. I have asked Sarah Mackey to help with any syllabus questions you may have.
So I hope you are all well and stay tuned here for updates.
