This Friday's Class, July 30........

.... is the last class for a couple of weeks. It is a ballet class followed by some selected Cecchetti Diploma material.
It is at The Mount Pearl School of Dance 5:30-6:45 & then for anyone who wishes to stay Diploma until 7:30 .

I am off to Toronto & Winnipeg for a couple of weeks for some great dance classes & some relaxation as well! I am planinng a few classes for August so stay tuned.

Saturday July 17 Class

Class is at 5 today at Nova Yoga 125 Long's Hill.

Class Update

This week there is class on Friday at 5:30 at Mount Pearl School of Dance.

Next week there two classes Friday, July 16 & Saturday, July, 17 at the usual places & times.
There is also class Friday, July 23 & 30. After that I am attending the Cecchetti National Summer School in Winnipeg this year.

Remember I am taking the Zumba work out class at the Mews Centre , Wednesdays 6:30.
